Search Collier County criminal court records
Use the Collier County Clerk ShowCase court search for criminal court case information. The official guide supports Case Search, name criteria, wildcard % searching and narrowing results. Public Online Court Case viewing does not require registration and has no viewing fee, but confidential information remains restricted. When online access is unavailable or insufficient, courthouse computer access is a public access fallback.
Certified copies and E-Certify
E-Certify allows users to find a case, select documents, add documents to a cart, complete checkout and receive electronic copies by email. Civil, Misdemeanor, Felony and Traffic document types are the E-Certify registration exceptions. Other document types require registration, subject to official exclusions including Guardianship, Mental Health, Juvenile, and Adoption/Dependency Cases. Purchased copies may contain lawful redactions. Logging in can clear the cart. Some receiving agencies do not accept electronically certified copies, so acceptance should be confirmed.
Missing documents, copies and fees
If a document is not online or a certified copy is needed, use the Clerk document request route. Criminal and Traffic requests should identify the case and the needed document or certification. Copies are $1 per page and certified document copies add $2 per certified document where applicable.
Arrest records and Florida background products are different
Sheriff arrest or jail information is not the same as a court disposition. Collier Clerk records are the route for court outcomes. A local Sheriff adult background check is a separate product requiring name and date of birth, with a published $10 fee and 3-5 business day timeframe. FDLE Florida criminal history checks are statewide products with a $24 fee. FDLE Instant Search has an additional $1 convenience fee and provides an uncertified result.
